Eligibility
We apologize if the item you received was defective or damaged. You can return or exchange an item within 48 hours of receiving it by contacting our customer service team. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a return or exchange. Items that are returned must not have been damaged or worn. For a successful return, all labels, packaging, and invoices must be retained. In the event that any of these items are missing, returns may not be processed. If your item does not arrive in original condition or is missing parts, please contact our support team within 48 hours.
Return Process

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
If the product is perishable, such as flowers, plants, or personal items made to order, we cannot accept returns. Once you have viewed or downloaded digital products like e-books or software, you cannot return or refund it. Each of these categories has specific exceptions that you will be informed of during the purchase process.
Return Shipping
The user is responsible for shipping costs in the event of a return. If there is an error on our part, we will happily cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Method
